Where is TOSTE Clothing Made?

Toste clothing is proudly designed in the USA by our own designer and ethically handmade in Brazil. Our manufacturers are ABVTEX certified, ensuring regular inspections to maintain fair working conditions and worker safety.


Additionally, our fabrics are OEKO-Tex Standard 100 certified, ensuring they meet strict international non-toxicity standards. We design every garment with a purpose and we are committed to fostering an eco-conscious future through our sustainable practices.

How do I care for my products?

To ensure your products stay in great condition, both our website and garment labels provide details on each item's composition and care instructions. Here are some general tips to properly care for your garments:

Read the Care Label: Always check the care label for specific washing instructions and guidance.

Washing Instructions: Follow recommended washing instructions, such as hand wash or machine wash settings, water temperature and whether to use gentle cycles.

Use the Toste Laundry Bag: Our Toste laundry bags offer provide a protective layer between the items contained within them and the other items in the wash, this can save your clothes from a lot of damage, while also giving them a good wash!

Following these care guidelines will help extend the lifespan of your products and keep them looking their best.

OOPS! I need to change something in my order. How do I do it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@toste.us. Include your order number and “Change to Order” in the subject line.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept most of the major cards such as: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle and Shopify Pay.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere our trusted carriers - FedEx, UPS and DHL - ship.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days of purchase unless a specific ship date is indicated on the product.

Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders placed during a launch or sale will ship within 7-10 business days.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

Check your spam/junk folder first and if you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@toste.us.

My order is not going through! What is going on?

If you are still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. If the issue persists, please contact your credit card company to ensure there are no holds placed on your card.

My tracking number says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages. Please contact carrier.

My favorite item is sold out! Will it come back in stock?

Items can sell out quickly but there is a chance that we could be getting more in stock. Sign up for the product wait list by entering your email address on the product page and you will be the first to know when that item comes back in stock!

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Please be aware some discount codes have an expiration date and time, make sure this is not the case. Be sure to double check your spelling and if you are still having issues with your discount code, please reach out to our customer service team with your code and we’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot.

I forgot to add my discount code. Can you apply it after I place my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot retroactively apply the discount code. Please save this code for your next order.

Do you provide price matching or adjustments?

Sorry, Toste does not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.

Can I use the same envelope to return my items?

Yes! Our envelopes are reusable and should be used for returns. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@toste.us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed.
