Thank you for choosing us! We hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), odor and fragrance, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days after receiving your item.
Any returned item must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags, with the laundry bag and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items marked as sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
When returning items for a refund, there is an $8 shipping/handling fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. In case you decide for store credit, we offer free return shipping on store credit which means 100% of the paid value for the items purchased will be returned as store credit. Note that shipping fees are not refundable.
You may choose to return with your own shipping label, but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@toste.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed.
Toste reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received in unsatisfactory condition. Items shipped internationally (outside the USA) are not returnable/refundable.
Refund Process
Please allow 7-10 business days for return packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note your financial institution can take up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@toste.us.
Sales Items
Please review all product information before making your purchase. All items purchased during a sale period are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a final sale item is sent back in an attempt for a refund, the items will be sent back to the customer.
We do not offer price adjustments. Excluding orders purchased with a promotion code.
Damages and Issues
We inspect all items before shipping it, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@toste.us. Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once our team has provided a return label and approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at contact@toste.us and request an exchange. We currently offer exchanges on item(s) for a different size, if available. We cannot guarantee exchanges for a different color or style.
Price Adjustment
Price adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time savings events.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
