Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

We strive to process and ship your order promptly. Please allow 5-7 business days for you order to process, subject to availability and credit card verification. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 7 business days, please contact us at contact@toste.us.

Please note that processing times may vary, especially during new launches when order volumes are high. Orders are not shipped on weekends and/or holidays.

Please be aware that delivery delays caused by carriers are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be imposed by your home country. We are not responsible for any charges applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

Items available for pre-order allow our customers to secure an item before stock is available.  Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. In-stock items included in your order will ship before the pre-order. To see an estimated delivery date for items on pre-order, you may visit the item's product page.

Once your pre-order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel.

 

Overnight Shipping

If you require overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm CST. If you place an order after 12:00 pm CST, your order will be processed to go out the next business day.

 

Missing and Damaged Packages

We inspect all products before shipping; however, occasional damage or loss during transit may occur. We are not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged due to transit circumstances, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please note that we will not replace or refund merchandise that has been confirmed as delivered.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may show as delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
